There are several items that we do not accept in our dumpsters due to not being accepted at, and / or harmful to landfills. Additional fees will automatically be applied to the customer if any below said items are found in our dumpsters. Please contact us to discuss our possible junk removal services for the below items.

Please see the automatically applied fee for each item found in parenthesis (), next to the listed, prohibited item. Fees are applied one per item.

• Appliances of Any Kind Including A/C Units ($200.00 fee for a/c units including compressors, $200 fee for refrigerators & freezers, $100.00 fee for washers, dryers, stoves, & dishwashers)
• Paint / Chemicals / Solvents ($25.00 fee per can)
• Tires ($50.00 fee each)
• Fluorescent Bulbs ($25.00 fee each)
• Household Trash & Food ($40.00 fee per bag or estimated quantity if loose)
• Flammable Liquids & Gases ($100.00 fee per can / container)
• Automotive Waste Including Oils or Any Other Waste ($25.00 fee per quart size container)
• Batteries ($50.00 fee per automotive battery, $25.00 fee per for all smaller batteries)
• E-Waste (Electronic Waste) Including: Computers, Monitors, Phones, Printers, T.V.'s, Etc. ($25.00 fee per item)
• Liquids of Any Kind (Fee depends on liquid - see list for details)
• Gases of Any Kind ( (Will be returned to customer and $200.00 fee will apply.)
• Asbestos (Will be returned to customer & a $200.00 fee will apply.)
• Railroad Ties  (Will be returned to customer & a $200.00 fee will apply.)
• Ink or Resins ($50.00 per cartridge or spill)
• Pressure Treated Wood (Will be returned to customer & a $200.00 fee will apply.)
• Tree Stumps  (Will be returned to customer & a $200.00 fee will apply.)
• Industrial Drums ($75.00 fee per drum)
• Hazardous Material of Any Kind (Any hazardous or toxic material will be returned to customer & a $200.00 return fee will be applied)
• Contaminated Soil or Other Absorbents (Will be returned to customer and $200.00 will apply.)
• Propane Tanks ($50.00 fee per tank)
• Any Item Containing Freon (See specific item for fee)

• Concrete (Without Approval) Please Call to Discuss Quantity & If It's Clean  

Items listed below are allowed in our dumpsters. Please refer to the above not allowed if you're unsure about an item. If an item is not on our list and you're unsure if we take it, please call with your concerns or questions about any specific item(s).

• Yard Waste: We take organic, clean items such as branches, limbs, leaves, soil, grass, etc. Do not mix with other items such as household trash, construction debris, or any hazardous materials.
• Construction Material / Debris: We take most construction debris type items such as framing material (excluding pressure treated) drywall, tile (with prior permission to discuss & determine weight), concrete (with prior permission to discuss & determine weight), cardboard, flooring, etc. Call for information on shingles, tile, and concrete. Do not mix with other items such as household trash, yard waste, or any hazardous materials.
• Household or Business Clean-up: Sometimes spaces need to be emptied out. We can take most things such as beds, desks, couches, chairs, clothes, bikes, books, etc. Do not mix with other items such as yard waste, construction debris, or any hazardous materials.

We care greatly for our customers property and use extreme caution to protect all surroundings when delivering & picking up our containers; however, certain things are unavoidable with such heavy equipment. 

Our dumpsters are made from steel and weigh over 2.000 pounds, therefore, if you're concerned with possible damage to your driveway or any other area, we recommend having 4 - 2 x 8's at least 5' long or two layers of 3/4" plywood equaling the same size to put down under the four rollers. We also recommend having a large tarp to place under one end to help prevent anything being spilled out onto your drive or lawn. 

Roll-Out Enterprises are not responsible for any damage caused by our delivery trucks, trailers, or containers to any property at or heading to & from the drop-site. We reserve the right to refuse an unload if the requested drop-site is not safe, or not safe to get to.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the drop-site complies with any local & beyond regulation and legal. If a dumpster must be moved after it has been dropped off due to non-compliance, a $200.00 relocation fee will be charged.

Please call or send pictures if you have any questions or concerns with your possible drop-site. 

Each dumpster can only be filled to the top rail (the top of the dumpster) EXCEPT for when dumping tile or concrete. If tile or concrete is being put in the dumpster, DO NOT GO ABOVE WHERE THE RED PORTION OF THE DUMPSTER BEGINS. STAY IN THE BLACK. This is a roughly 7 cubic yard area that may be used. 

When overfilled, items may fall out and become a road hazard and become illegal for us to haul. If any dumpster is overfilled at the time of pick-up, the customer will be responsible to remove all items above the top and an automatic $340.00 return fee will be applied if we have to leave and return to pick it up. If requested and our Roll-Out team is able to wait (request do not guarantee ability to wait), a $100.00 minimum fee for any amount of time up to the first hour will be applied. $100.00 per additional hour wait time will apply for any time past the first waited hour. Time begins once our Roll-Out team member arrives and discovers an overfilled dumpster. 

If the dumpster is full, or you know it will become full shortly, please call and schedule a pick-up and / or exchange to avoid any overage fees. We will gladly empty it and return it immediately or bring out an empty dumpster and exchange them if one is available.

One cubic yard is 3' wide x 3' tall x 3' deep. We recommend using the oven method to help visualize this. Most ovens are close to 3' wide x 3' tall x 3' deep.
